Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the City of Benson hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the City of Benson and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted at the following locations:
United States Post Office, 250 S. Ocotillo Street, Benson, Arizona – open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
The City of Benson Public Library, 300 S. Huachuca Street, Benson, Arizona – open Monday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. with the exception of legal holidays
The City of Benson City Offices Building (located on the window directly behind the payment drop-box in the east parking lot) – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
