BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
The City of Benson Building Department accepts building permit applications online. Please click the link below to complete the application online. All documents (plans, calculations, drawings, spec sheets, etc.) must be uploaded in PDF format. Images files (JPEG, TIFF, GIF) will be not accepted.
Submit the A.R.S. Title 32 form as part of the application. A link to a fillable PDF version of A.R.S. Title 32 form is at the bottom of this page. A building permit application will not be reviewed until a completed A.R.S Title 32 form is received.
Supplemental forms that may be applicable to the project are at the bottom of this page. Please submit any applicable forms, in PDF format, with your application. New Meter Requests are required to request utility service for new construction. The Manufactured Home and Factory Built Building Application is required when applying to install those units. A Special Inspection form must be submitted when special inspections are listed as a requirement, as shown on the construction plans or per the designer of record.
