THE BENSON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING TO REVIEW A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BENSON CITY CODE RELATING TO LIVESTOCK WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS ON JUNE 8, 2023 AT 5:30 PM AT THE BENSON CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 599 SOUTH DRAGOON STREET, BENSON, ARIZONA.
The Benson Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular meeting to review a proprosed amendment to the Benson City Code relating to livestock within the City Limits on June 8, 2023 at 5:30 pm at the Benson City Council Chambers, 599 South Dragoon Street, Benson, AZ 85602. The purpose of this Regular Meeting will be to review comments on a proposed amendment to the Benson City Code to allow livestock within city limits while following certain regulations. The proposed amendment would allow for large and small livestock based on the square footage of each individual parcel.
